The staff was all very friendly and the hotel is super nice and clean! The newly renovated rooms were done a little shoddy though. There isn't a complete wall that goes up to the ceiling in the sink area, everything echoes into the room. The door to the shower/toilet is glass and isn't soundproof whatsoever (awkward). The door handle to get on to the balcony was put on backwards and was hard to open/close. The walls between the rooms must be super thin because I could hear the water pipes/toilets flushing from other rooms as well as people slamming doors in the hall at night. With all of that said, the beds were super comfy and the finished chosen for the renovation were very well done. I would stay again!
