I have moved here from Clearwater and when I had the first car trouble I have ever had with my car I didn't know where to turn. I got on the internet and it says on their website that they reply 24/7. I sent them an email last even at 7:00pm but as of 7:45 this morning got no response besides a form email saying thank you and they would be back to me shortly. I called when they opened about 7:40am and spoke with Wade. He informed me that he does not do business that way (by the internet) I ask in my email how much and how long to replace an alternator in my car. He informed me he had many estiments he needed to get out and he gives them to the ones that have dropped their cars off to him first. My car needs to be towed in and I can't blindly have my car towed to a place where I have no idea on how long it will take or how much it will cost. I am single and must have a car. He absolutely offered no help to me and was not very nice.
