1st Family Mortgage was so helpful in getting me back on track with bills! I was able to refinance my house and pay off so many bills that have pilled up from College. I even had some money left over to fix up my house!! Derek was very nice and was always there day and night whenever I had a question. This was my first time refinancing so I had a LOT of questions and we were talking almost every day. He was always glad to help me and answered right away! If you ever need to refinance or need a mortgage company definitely go with 1st Family Mortgage!! It was easier refinancing my house than it was when I bought it because of Derek and the 1st Family Mortgage team!!!! I know where I am going if I ever decide to move!!!
