I would like to share my experience at a workshop I attended in Ottawa Sept. 20 2014.
The workshop was a Real Estate session by ( LWA ). Lifetime Wealth Academy
One nice surprise was the host was actually Scott McGillivary from Income Property.
I thought Scott delivered a informative workshop by mixing some humor and lots of real life, real estate examples.
One of the many useful bits of information I appreciated was, the big picture as far as real estate is concerned, from the cycles of real estate to the state of the US markets. I like the blueprint Scott laid out for success, and the fact the system is duplicatable.
I can relate to Scotts start in real estate because I have children in that very same stage in life.
I like the fact that Scott broke down the road bumps you may encounter and how to overcome them. This is much better option verses insanity ( doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result ) _Just _Over _Broke ( Job).
Over all I thought the workshop was very well put together and full of useful real estate information.
