Beyond frustrated with Dollar.
I've been trying to reach customer service for the past couple of weeks. Every time I call the customer service line states that it is experiencing system difficulties. I rented the car in Dallas on 6/4 for less than 24 hours and my bill should have been $62 but I was charged $383. I called the following Saturday and the representative told me that it would be resolved on Monday and the amount refunded to my credit card. To date, it has not been. Avoid Dollar.
