Be careful choosing Marks electrical , we purchased a Samsung RR39M Fridge with missing parts in April 2020. Due to an error on my part I failed to notice a missing part on delivery , due to this being outside the 48hr window for Marks electrical I was referred to Samsung UK , they have failed to send out the parts out now too. On Calling Marks electrical several times and asking for Branch Manager /MD. I was told the MD doesn't take calls from customers ??
why not , Its customer feedback, like it or not ,if you do not listen to customers how will you improve? That's quite shocking.

Marks Electrical Customer Services promise things that don't happen and Samsung has not delivered either. Marks Electrical may save you money but be careful when choosing them?

I will definetely not recommend them to friends and family or repurchase from them in the future ,which is the price they will pay for the poor customer service delivered.
