Our 3.5 year old daughter has mastered the balance bike and it was time to get a "Big Girl" bike with pedals. After a little research I had more questions than answers. I reached out to Ben and he was more than helpful and although all business was by phone due to the virus I'm more than happy with my purchase. She loves the bike and as my wife begins to look to upgrade her bike I'm confident we will go back to Trek Bicycle Store of Mount Pleasant. Thanks again!
