Been a very pleasant experience. I used to be a avista customer. Inland power rates are very fare. There are more outages than avista but considering the location I now live in it makes total sense. Also the outages have always been dealt with in a very timely manner. Most the negative reviews I see for this company in my opinion seem like its the customers own problems in there own lives causing them to negative review. In my personal opinion.
