Hi, my name is Kimber Williams, I'm 45 years old, I live in Tampa, Fl and I'm a Health/Life coach. About a year ago I was having trouble with my right knee. Please understand I'm someone who loves to work out, so the problem with my knee was really causing me issues regarding, working out and even just walking around the block. The worst pain I ever felt happened last November when my family and I were visiting our daughter in Washington, DC, we had rented a house that had three flights of stairs. I was having the most difficult time getting up and down the stairs. The pain was unbelievable. As soon as we got home from our visit, I was on the hunt to find someone to help me. Everyone kept telling me to go and see the orthopedic, HEACK no, I knew all they would want to do is give me a shot and send me on my way. I knew I needed to find a healthier way to heal myself. Thank goodness for Facebook as my girlfriend directed me to Kevin and Fitness-Tek. I never really paid attention to my nervous system until I meet Kevin and we started working together. Let's just say I was a mess. After working together for two months, Kevin put me back together again. I now have no pain issues with my knee, I'm back to working out, and being able to walk up and down stairs without any problems.
