So far so good, the answering service was very courteous and answered all my questions. Now I'm just waiting on my appointment and conduit installation. I will update with the results.

***UPDATE: They came out and connected my water heater to the breaker box with an emergency on off switch placed in the utility room. I am completely amazed with how great of a job they did. Their professionalism is superb. I will definitely be calling them again for all my electric needs.
