Despite the big time planning, we only came to the performance on time. Unfortunately we bought tickets online. Why unfortunately? Because we couldn't get in even though it was 3 p.m. There wasn't even a chance to see the performance or another the next day! Of course there was no money back either! The disappointment was huge, especially with the children! I would have expected more customer friendliness! In addition, we weren't the only family. Unfortunately it hit 2 more.
