As a Resident who has lived in Melbourne for over seven years, I honestly find Federation Square Dull and Boring. The atmosphere isn't right as well as the environment as it's the central area where there is a train station. I really wish that we would have a Piccadilly Circus vibe such as adding LED signs to make the city more alive.
