This dealership doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone, it has been the worse experience of my life. I bought a car on a Tuesday, the next day I received a phone call that the deal never went through. I had to drive an hour back to this dealership to sign more papers. This time, Antonio Battista snuck in a warranty THAT I PREVIOUSLY DECLINED. I came in under the impression that I only needed to sign, with a cosigner. Tony added in a warranty, he DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND DID NOT GIVE US ANY PAPERS EXPLAINING WHAT IT WAS, for him monetary gain. It was such a scumbag move, but I did not realize until I got home. It took 3 days to get in touch with him, as he would not answer my calls or return my voicemails. Once I did speak with him he pretty much said "well you signed the papers, so you're stuck with it". He proceeded to say he could not take the warranty off and he could not even explain what it covered. Bottom line this has been one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. Also, he lied about why he put the warranty on to begin with. All the General Manager had to say about this was he was sorry we had to experience it.
