Pull up to the Valet. Hostess greets you with a smile and this hospitality continues throughout the entire evening by everyone on staff. The main Entrance opens up into the bar area with seating to your left and another dining room further back. At first glance, the restaurant may not appear big....but there is plenty of seating....and the seating is in high demand because of the culinary masterpieces that come out of the kitchen.

Cafe Maxx is amazing. If you want the glitz and glamour decor......Miami-style....it is not that.....just not their style. It is however very refined and lately I have noticed a little more edge. Younger staff.....incredible service.....expanded bar and just clean cut.
Now.... the glitz and glamour comes in the form of every appetizer, entree and desert that is served.

As for the dishes....culinary perfection! Presentation....taste....just flawless. Last night, I went back to one of my favorites.....the Caviar Pie is a must!!!! Beef tartare.....just order anything because I have tried everything on the menu over the years.....and every dish will leave you asking for more.

Thank you again Cafe Maxx for a wonderful evening. Oh....and thank you so much for adding Red Bull as a mixer....Redbull Vodka....Caviar.... culinary genius.....and an amazing staff all-around. Cafe Maxx is moving in all the right directions....and we will be back for more.
