We had made a reservation for two, for the first weekend of December the hotel was quiet. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is located near a metro station (4 minutes from Lambeth Noth and 10 minutes from Waterloo, which is very well served by bus or metro). You can also walk to the London Eye and other tourist attractions (about 15 min).
The rate was a bit high, but that must be the price of London hotels that have a good location.
