Staff seems to not care about customers.

We went for dinner here and when the waitress asked if I wanted "Soup or Salad" with my meal, I assumed it came with it which was why she was asking. She never mentioned that it cost extra, but I found that out at the end when I got my bill with that extra $3.40 on it. The salad arrived and looked very good, but I stopped eating the salad a few bites in because I kept encountering small bone like bits which were unpleasant to encounter and then fish out of my mouth. It was most likely overly crunchy crouton parts but since I wasn't able to chew threw them I just left the whole thing alone. The waitress never asked about the salad and why I ordered it but then never ate it.

I didn't want to complain while out with friends so I called the business the next day to tell the manager about the issue because I feel like customers should know if extra charges are being added to their bill. Also not asking about the food I ordered but didn't eat struck me as something that could also be improved upon due to the perception it leaves. The manager was busy, so they took down my name and number and said he would call me back. He never did. I figure he just didn't care, like the waitress.
