If I could give half a star I would. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The staff at the entrance were very friendly. After that it went downhill very fast.

Our first waiter asked if I had any allergies.
I confirmed that I had a nut allergy. The first waiter came back to take our order but admittedly we weren t ready. A second waiter then took the order. I ordered the wasabi prawns and to surprise , when they arrived, I found that they were garnished with nuts. 1) why were they not labelled correctly on the menu 2) why did our first waiter not come back to take our order 3) how did they not update the system that I had a nut allergy?

The manager approached us and he kindly advised that the dish would be remade without nuts. This was a nice gesture but nothing less than I would expect in a restaurant like this. It took forever to eventually get food on our table but ok, the prawns were nice... just nice.
For mains we ordered stir fry wagyu which again was ok, and mango chicken which was terrible. Possibly the worst chicken dish I d ever eat. It was the type of food that you d expect in wagamama. Dessert was ok, but over hyped.

To summarise - very very poor service, waiters not attentive, they seem like they don t enjoy working there, the nut mixup could have been fatal and the food is well below average. It may well be the worst restaurant in the area. Not a scratch on restaurants like Novikov and China Tang on Park Lane.
