Terrible experience!! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Andrews Moving and Storage lost five boxes of goods. They refused to assist in any manner in trying to locate the missing inventory. They would blame United Van Lines - United Vans lines blamed Andrews. Andrews sold "insurance" for the goods yet when a claim was filed, they refused to reimburse for the goods. Had to take the claim to arbitration and then Andrews still would not honor arbiter's ruling. This company is not professional nor do they honor their commitments. DO NOT believe anything these people say!!!
