The hotel was decent though rooms seemed a tad too...

The hotel was decent though rooms seemed a tad too small. The help desk staff however werent really as helpful as I expected and at times treated us as an inconvinience when we approached them for suggestions regarding places to visit in Dubai or tour packages. They even mentioned about charging for local calls from their help desk which seemed ridiculous (as these calls barely last for a minute or so)
