I applied for a senior office based role with Bel that they had advertised. So I prepared myself for interview, just in case I am invited at short notice. I thought of relevant examples in previous roles and thoroughly explored their website as well. Then, well after a month of hearing nothing, I received a message saying the role had been put on hold and they were changing the job specification to suit their new needs.

It was a total and utter waste of time submitting my application to them.
and nothing but disappointment. yet they expect someone who is reliable and dependable, but do not deliver those qualities themselves.
