During the interview, I found Nick to be personable and easy to talk to. He clearly explained the process and how he could help find a job with a company that best suited me. I was especially impressed by the fact that Emerald will share the feedback from the employers and will also continue to follow through with me throughout the process.

My experience working through this agency has been great. I admit that I was a little nervous about working through a temp agency again but those concerns were unfounded. Nick found a great role for me with my credentials and experience level. I highly recommend working through them. What really cemented it for me was that someone that works in the same field I do recommended them after an educational seminar as a job source.
The agency has great benefits to offer after a grace period while you work towards your temp to hire position.

Terrible experience with this agency. I am not even an employee and the impression was not professional or they having great work ethic. I see that this recruiter named Nick B. has a reputation for lack of professionalism and expertise especially not communicating with potential employees. If this is how they do professional business then I will certainly not be a part of it. I even called to give them a feedback and the lady named Melissa was not receptive to my message & to be given to Alyssa the representative that established this interview. I would of course rather dealt with Alyssa rather then Nick. I even called to let them know about the experience and I wonder if she did relate the message.
Love Emerald Staffing! Finding a job right after college was hard but with the help of Nick, I was able to get interviews with a few amazing companies. I know if it weren't for the help of Emerald Staffing, I wouldn't be where I am today. I work for a great company that has all the qualities that I wanted in a job. I always recommend connecting with an agency if you have trouble finding the right job or simply getting interviews. Working with an agency opens up a lot more opportunities than doing it alone.
