As a second time home buyer now with a family I wanted some peace of mind that our new home was both safe and of sound construction. I have some experience with home remodeling in our current house and I am well aware that newer homes built today may have had some corners cut to meet cost and schedule demands of builders. We were referred to Allied Inspection Services by our realtor and could not have been happier with the experience. Matt was both punctual and had a very professional attitude. He pointed out a number of minor issues that I had missed when walking through the house the first time and made me aware of other items of concern that I was not familiar with. The reports provided are very thorough and include pictures to show areas that were inspected and of those that may need attention. I walked away from this experience with some peace of mind that the house we were buying was in all probability a well built home. I would definitely recommend them to any prospective home buyer!
