The location of the hotel is fairly conveniently close to downtown, though it suffers from being attached to the hideous Horseshoe casino. This proximity also means the less-than-savory clientele of the casino is always loitering outside waiting for buses, mixed in with the vagrants, providing a less than secure atmosphere.
The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are well-designed with an appealing white motif. The TV was oddly placed quite far across the room from the bed; that being the case, the TV size should have been much larger to adjust for this distance. It was surprising for the room to not feature a refrigerator, as well as the basic internet service not being free.
