First I will start by saying I have purchased 2 vehicles from Round Rock Toyota within the past year.

In July I made an inquiry about a 2015 Jeep Patriot I had seen online. I really had no intention of buying but I hadn't bought a car in a while, and our 05 Neon was on it's last legs so we didn't think it would last much longer. It was time to start looking, and looking is all I meant to do.

I found a few Patriots that I liked, but the one that had the lowest miles at the best price was at Round Rock Toyota. I submitted an inquiry online and within an hour or so got a call from Debbie (she's awesome) to schedule a time to come look at it. We cleaned out the Neon really quick "just in case," and headed up north to Round Rock.

When we got there, Debbie took us on a test drive and we started the finance paperwork. The first estimate came back a little higher than I was comfortable with so Debbie got with Oz in finance, and after working their magic my wife and I drove off in that Jeep Patriot with a 4yr/70k mile warranty on basically everything but routine stuff , GAP, 5 years tire replacement and a payment way lower than I expected.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no hassle, and when I expressed that the payment was a little higher than I wanted Debbie and Oz blew me away.

Fast forward to March 22-26...

Not really wanting to buy and simply window shopping USAA's car buying service, I started looking at 2018 Toyota Camrys. USAA makes you enter your email and phone number to view current inventory, I was curious so I did that knowing that my inbox would be active pretty quickly.

Many sales people emailed and I replied with what I wanted to pay. It made me laugh because Debbie was the first one who actually responded with a car she had in stock and a price that was very close to what I wanted to pay. She told me to text her pictures of my old 09 Honda so she could give me a quote on the trade in.

To make a long story short the entire sales process took place via email and text. Monday March 26th I drove to in my 09 Civic and left in a 2018 Camry for 30 bucks less a month than I was willing to pay, with GAP and I don't have to pay for routine maintenance for 6 years.

Debbie is a joy to work with. She is personable, funny, and truly cares. If you want a new car go to Round Rock Toyota and ask for Debbie every time. A+
