(Returned car 11-24-18) Held $94 and was supposed to release it when I returned the car. I filled up the car dropped it off on time and ran into this... Hand employee keys and paper with mileage. Employee takes it and says "you're good" and nothing else. I ask where is the shuttle? Without looking at me or pointing or anything she says, "Upstairs, across the way." Well they "forgot" to close me out. Had to put in a request to close it out and have my money returned. (Which will take 5-7 business days) on top of that, they didn't forget to charge me gas THAT I ALREADY FILLED UP! Wish I could give 0 stars!
