I always liked Vigilante and have used them a few ...

I always liked Vigilante and have used them a few times, but unfortunately this is my last time. I have a Mitsubishi mini split that needed to be cleaned and checked out. The men they sent were very nice but later discovering they didn't know much about these systems. I complained to them that it wasn't cooling but they assured me everything was OK with the system. They cleaned the heads, which ended up costing $997... 3 heads! But the system was not cooling. Then they called technical support which cost me another $325! Their conclusion was the motherboard was bad, so they went and got one- $1400... didn't fix it So now I am in this for $2900 and still no AC! They left and said they would return on Monday with estimates. I call at 9 am supposedly the technician was working on the estimates and would call me back... 11am I call and he supposedly is still working on them... 12:50 manager not there will call back... nope... 4:00 i call and ask them to pick up their motherboard and refund my money, "the manager will have to call you back..." yeah right, I won't hold my breath. What company leaves a customer with a system that doesn't work, charges them $2900 and doesn't give them options on fixing it? Answer: a bad one. *note I did ask the 9am dispatcher to ask for an estimate for a new system... still not enough to call me back. I guess they don't need the money...
