The hotel itself was OK. However, they charged me 4x instead of 1x. You would think there would be a process in place to correct their mistake. I stayed in June 2017 and have been working over 2 months on trying to get a refund. I have attempted to speak with the AGM Shane multiple times. He doesn't return calls. The Marriott corporate office has been equally as horrible. I have spent over 15 hours of my life trying to get this issue resolved. Shane, the hotel management and Marriott corporate will not return phone calls as promised, have horrendous processes in place, and put you through a living hell in attempts to get their mistakes corrected.
