You always have to wait a lot when you arrive for an appointment. The services are not well connected and we have to take papers from one service to another (even with months of separation between appointments) instead of having the different services manage everything in our files on the computer . The elevators are old ex slow. There is rarely natural light and the waiting rooms are not pleasant. Fortunately some administrators make an effort to be friendly. Doctors on most occasions were friendly and knowledgeable, but a pediatrician had made unnecessary homeopathic prescriptions (she is no longer on duty).
