worst experience ever!!! I received 6 laser hair removal treatment for my birthday & started my treatments shortly after. The first two treatments were fine but for my third I had a new girl she burnt my underarms. I called 2 days after because it was blistering & I was out of town for work he told me so he told not to worry & to put Hydrocortisone on it & that it will heal soon. I went through a period where i couldn't wear short sleeves because it looked so horrible & wearing clothes were unbearable because the my skin was peeling and sticking to my shirt's I don't like to complain about anything but this has been a horrible experience. A month after I called in to see if it was normal that it still looked scarred he told me to come in so he could look at it . I walked in and the owner asked to look at it as soon he looked at it he said he didn't know what the big deal deal was & that i should of called as soon as it happened which i did in fact do but he couldn't remember. He said that if i had called when it happened he could of done something for me. I told him i even sent pictures to him then finally he said "oh yea i think i remember now,but i would of told you to come in."Which he didnt because i told him i was out of town and he said it was fine if i couldnt. Finally i told him i didnt want to come back anymore and all i want is refund and he told me to talk to groupon which is where my gift came from & good luck getting my money back! I brought my friend with me and he looked over at her and said " How about you would you like laser hair removal?" i was totally appalled......finally i talked him into just giving me my money back... which i was grateful for (I could tell he didnt want to deal with me anymore) he was not apologetic and rude!!!never never never go back again!!!
