NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are refusing to allow...

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are refusing to allow me to convert my manufactured home into real property because they NEGLECTED to do it when we dropped the home and initially took out the loan. Now I am stuck in a high interest loan with NO possibility to refinance. They said my only option is to pay them in full. This should be illegal. I even sent them the papers from the county clerk to sign to record a mortgage lien and they are refusing. I will make it my life's goal to tell everyone I meet how terrible they are.
