Horrible company to deal with, won't answer emails...

Horrible company to deal with, won't answer emails and refused to credit my laundry card back for the money their broken machines stole from me.
Takes forever to get a technician and even when they come same machine is broken down later in the week.
Washers do a horrible job and the dryers are worse, I ended up buying drying racks and hanging everything we wash since it will dry faster that way.

Seriously just don't use em.
