We have a rather unfortunate experience with IKEA Haarlem.
We had bought a size wrong cover with a chair. Two days after purchase, try to exchange with receipt. That was not possible, because the original box had to be included. That box you can't open without finally tearing it to pieces.
The reason was that they had to repack the item in its original packaging. But that would not have been possible anyway. Pity! Fortunately, we were able to exchange the cover at IKEA Delft for a credit card, but that's fine! Thanks to IKEA Delft, IKEA Haarlem becomes a bit more customer-friendly again.
