I visited Global Imports MINI for service, due to the scary "Engine malfunction, reduced power, get to the dealership" message in my 2015 Mini Convertible (purchased at Mall of Georgia MINI, which was a horrible experience). I made an appointment on my way and was assigned a service advisor at that time. When I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling, cheerful Lon, who was more than helpful. He informed me of the code read from my key, what it meant and immediately sent my car down to service.
I mentioned to Lon that while I was waiting for service, I would like to see a specific Countryman in their inventory. He introduced me to Sergei on the sales team. Sergei was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me many of the features the 2018 Countryman had that my 2015 Convertible lacked. When the time came for a test drive, Sergei insisted on taking the driver seat first to show me a few more features before putting me behind the wheel. I ended up purchasing the Countryman and have no regrets. Tyler in finance was also awesome and worked to get the best interest rate available, which I appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful.
After purchase, my car was pulled into the showroom for a full tutorial of all the bells and whistles. Sergei even helped to pair my phone before I ever left the dealership.
