Will never take another Ford to this dealership. This is not the 1st poor experience we had but certainly the last. We have 2 Ford vehicles under warranty so we take them to Ford for servicing. We didnt buy them from this dealership & certainly wont buy our next Fords here. The final straw is having an 11am appointment to have the car serviced before warranty expired and to have an issue w/ the idle checked out. We dropped off the vehicle at 11am. We have 4 kids so we need both cars. We got a ride back to home. At 330, we reached out to Ford because we had received no phone call. They proceed to tell us that they will not be able to get to our car today. Mind you we had an 11am appointment and 4 1/2 hrs later we had to call to find this out. Then the service person gets smart w/ us. Finally my husban gets picked up at 6pm to take us back to our vehicle because we cant go another day w only 1 vehicle. We have to miss one of our childrens swim lessons (which we pay for if we miss) in order to get our car back. Ford did not offer a free rental car for wasting our entire day or for having to pay for a swim lesson we missed. There have been other bad time management issues w/ this dealership but will never go there again. Will also reconsider buying Fords in the future if this is how we are treated at dealerships. These Fords have been our first ever Fords we have owned.
