I went in to purchase RAM for the first time for my computer. The staff were friendly when approaching, however, not only did they overprice me the RAM and charging an installation fee, the RAM I got given weren't paired properly and now I can't return it. I feel very taken advantage of despite having told them my computer issue. For anyone reading these reviews, I advise you go to WinMac Inc. instead. They installed my RAM for FREE in front of me and their advice/knowledge were far more informative.
