This is a lovely hotel, unfortunately the service in the bar downstairs is not only terrible but bordering on the hostile. It is difficult to get eye contact with staff and they don't seem capable of engaging more than one person at a time. The ambience is really nice and some great live music on a Saturday night. It's such a pity about the service. I go to the Westin on a regular basis hoping it will improve. It's not cheap either. Fix the service and you will get 5 stars from me.
