I recently had issues getting in contact with someone to help my wife and I get into a property. After a couple of hiccoughs everything was resolved. This shows this willingness of the company to resolve issues. I'm confident that as long as concerns are communicated property to those in charge Rese will do what it takes to keep their customers happy.
