Waist of time. Poor sales management experience...i searched online found a vehical I like. I chatted with the online Business Development Rep. I was told the online prices are their champions and they honor them. Also they say they have more aggressive discounts . So i took time off next day and I went spending about an hour i am ready to pay. 100% the sale person said we discuss price at last first we find the vehical thats fits me. Anyway...They come to me with a price few thousands over the price online. I simply left the dealership and wished them a good day. As i arrived home made contact with the same online person she said she will check with managment. Few hours later came back a little less. Yet still much higher in the thousands higher than the online price. The explanation is in their FINE PRINTS. the prices they advertise read to me as they are ONLY FOR THE employees not for public. They list the lowest price possible. You only learn that after you waste your time. I suggest Go to the LaFontain Chrysler on Pennsylvania. Not a lot better. But at least they say on their prices what they are. Next to employees and family discounts. I see more truths
