I worked with Jamie Chu in purchasing my 2009 Subaru Forester. She was great to work with, energetic, happy, involved. And she paid attention to what was going on - even though I could see that she was running 3 deals at the same time. When I got back from my test drive - she let me take the car out till I was satisfied, and was glad I was able to spend as much time with it as I needed. I probably could have negotiated a better deal - but I still got a pretty good one for the car that I got. I did find that the prices listed seemed below book - but I also am unsure of what inspections may or may not have been performed on the vehicle before it was given to me. It was supposed to be certified - and was not, so I was able to get a good deal on making sure the warrenty was there to cover anything that went wrong with the vehicle. So far I have been very satisfied with Jamie - and only wish that Mike Shaw would treat their employees more as employees, and less like free agents. It makes it very hard for them to not be completely independent on staying with the dealership.

Jamie was fantastic - but the rest of the men working that Saturday were 1-3 stars at best. When I brought the car back from a test drive, 7 salesmen were standing by the front door, trolling for business, checked me out - and no one opened the door. Not that I'm old fashioned or anything - but I consider that common courtesy in any business. Hold the door for anyone walking in. I wouldn't have felt comfortable working with anyone else except Jamie. Had I been made to - based on my previous car buying in the past - I probably would have left without taking the car - Just b/c of the salesmen.

The finance guy that I worked with was also pretty incredible.
