I just left the office of Susan Polk, and I truly feel blessed to have been lead to her to help me with my making Medicare my insurance. The last few weeks have been very stressful with the switch, and now I'm track. I just have one more step I have to deal with and I'll be set! Thank you Susan and her team, upon walking I to the office I was greeted with a smile and offered something to drink. Then within minutes I was setting across from Susan and we getting things going. One major plus was as I sat across from Susan and she was filling out my info and there was a screen showing me what she was seeing and doing!
