We arrived yesterday and discovered our upstairs unit was not cooling properly. We called the service number and were told that a service person would be out the following morning. Jeff Walton arrived, determined our problem and had us back to cooling in about 30 minutes. A part has to be ordered but Jeff left us with the unit working until the part comes in .
