Hi team,

i am from coimbatore.

and i asked is there any terms and condition if please send me a mail regarding those packages.
He sent me only plan name and price. ( at that meeting he has not mentioned me that it should be resigned
and should pay for new package )

After two days i asked him change the plan to TN package.
he is informing it cant be changed until you pay for new package plan.( for that i asked him for terms and condition).
I asked him "you said me i will ask higher team and will update"
But Today i called him he say i sent you mail choose in that. i asked what did you when last call.

total 2 month cash has been deducted.

Please any higher official contact me.
