Lexus Southpointe disappointed when we bought the nx fsport 2015 we were offered free oil change as long as you own the vehicle but now anytime we try to book for oil change we are pressured to get other services done i dont think we need other services just oil change. I bought 2 vehicles from them.It used to be great place not anymore. we had maintenance service done but now we are due for oil change but cant book because now we have to get other service done to get that free oil change. what a joke thanks
