I had a car accident on 18th January 2019 now it s July 2020 and my case is no where. I have emailed Anthony evens soo many times no response at all. My last contact with them was four months ago. One of the worst customer service. No communication at all. They try to force me to accept 50/50 even though, it s not my fault. I had a witness statement too. If Only I could give 0 star. I don t know why my insurance company told me to go through them. I wish I would have researched before going through carpenter ltd solicitor.
