I ordered an oven from them on 15 February 2020. It was delivered on 16 February 2020. The oven was installed on 18 February 2020.
Once installed, we noticed a fault in the base of the oven. This was reported to Marks Electrical immediately.
I spent the next 1.5 months chasing Marks Electrical, a third party engineer and AEG because the customer services staff at Marks Electrical (Including the Customer Services Manager) were unable to take ownership of this issue and look for a means to resolve it.
I received the same generic response from each time I tried to talk about the issue and try to find a solution: "Our policy states that once an appliance is installed, it is deemed as accepted in the condition as is".
When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes and in the end I was told she was unavailable.
I wrote to their CEO and he still hasn't responded.
As I said, it was my determination and it took me chasing the issue with three different companies before the issue could be resolved. If I had left this in the hands of the customer services staff at Marks Electrical, I would still be sitting with a dangerous faulty item in the kitchen and no reasonable understanding or response from any of their staff.
Shockingly poor. I will never use again.
