Going to be turning our water off in 113 degree heat for their Arrive Phoenix project on 6/27/18! In our area we have two apartment complexes and a large condo complex on chiller systems that I know of! That means about 400 people no AC and some have high medical needs! Where I live we have a lady on oxygen and the no AC could greatly harm her health. This does not count the 1000s without water!
