Amazing! On top of everything! Was glad i chose them, it has been a great two years!

I have rented with North Shore for 2 years and they have been a pleasure to work from. My apartment was in perfect shape when I moved in and they have been very responsive the few times I needed minor repairs. This is a great company to rent from.

Great Company to Rent From. They go Beyond the Duties to correct an issue you might have in your Home your Renting from them. They have there guys come out no matter the time it is if your having an issue in your Home.

Ken Lebovic is one of the best landlords we ever had. To be honest we were a little skeptical when we were planning to move into a North Shore Holdings property. That's because we never rented a property before through a company, and were unsure of how everything works. However, having staying in one of the North Shore properties for over 7 months now, I can vouch for the fact that North Shore Holdings is a great company, good people and Ken Lebovic is great. Any plumbing, air conditioning, generic house problems they'll fix it for you. Also, the payment of rent etc. is so streamlined.

I been renting from Ken and he is awesome and takes care of any issues you have. He is fair and understanding. I am very bless.

I rented from Ken for 3 years and I wish he could be my landlord for my next apartment. His company is extremely prompt whenever you reach out to them (response within minutes usually) and they far exceeded my expectations. I'd rent from them again without question, they're awesome.

I reached out to Ken regarding a home for rent. Honestly told him I have eh credit (good enough for a 60,000$ car and 2,000 a month rent) but have great job security and secured income. Nope! He wants 3.5 months plus first months because credit is poor . I GET IT- I do, I m not a moron, But COME ON! Over 7,000.00 deposit for a RENTAL? It s ridiculous to not even CONSIDER other elements of a person like flawless rental history, like secured income, like job and work history (20+ Yrs). Way to make a 46 yr old kindergarten teacher trying to give her daughter a home in a neighborhood with friends feel like a low life. Hopefully you have perfect credit when looking to rent with Ken.

I had a major issue with my furnace late Monday night, North Shore had people come to my house Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon we had a brand new furnace installed!! I ve had landlords in the past treat me like an afterthought but not North Shore!!
I highly recommend North Shore if you re looking into rental properties!!

I can't explain how happy I am with Jim , he has been great to work with! He manages our property and he has dealt with a few minor changes we threw his way. I am a general contractor and he let me fix our bathrooms, water heater, toilets, sinks, faucets. All this without any discussion with making sure he deducted it through our rent! He also has had his guys come to fix our garage door, a broken window, will replace our faulty dishwasher without any hesitation or back and forth. Renters sometimes put all the blame on them for these mistakes so it was refreshing to know we had a landlord who had our back every step of the way to live headache free. also we had a broken window , bad dryer and washer and bad garage door I was hesitant cause I didn't want them thinking was from us , but I called him sent his guys as soon as possible. I was only planning on staying a year but these guys have their company so well set up and handled that it is hard to leave such a great great experience! Thanks again, Jim

Ken was the best landlord i've had. No problems, and everything was always taken care of. Simply the best!

It was a pleasure renting from Ken and Northshore holdings. The property was well maintained and I had no issues over 2 years. As for service and maintenance, nothing ever broke but I'm sure Ken and his team would have responded promptly. Overall great experience and I would recommend Northshore Holdings to anyone.
