Let me preface by stating that I never take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Sweetwater, I don't have a choice.

1) During the COVID-19 shutdown, I searched for a product on Amazon and saw they were out of stock. I looked at the other listed sellers and saw that I could pre-order the product through them and once they received it, they would send it my way. It started out as a simple transaction experience - I give them my money and they ship me a product. What I received instead was unexpected.

2) A day after placing the order, a representative from their company called me to follow up with the order to make sure that I understood they didn't have the product in stock just yet and that the moment it arrived, they would ship it my way. The gentleman took the time to ask me about my purchase, what I would be doing with it, and offered to answer any questions I had about the product and told me to call them if I ever needed help with it. They would give free advice over the phone on the product/set-up/etc.

3) Around the expected time, I received an email stating that my product had shipped. Again, shortly after the email I received a phone call letting me know it was on its way and that they sincerely appreciated my business.

4) To my surprise, when I opened my package what I found inside made me realize the attention to detail and care that this company puts in to every single one of their customers. I found "Thank You" brochure that told me about the company, a "Sweetwater" sticker and finally, the best part of it all, a small bag of sweets with the packing saying "Our SWEET way of saying thank you". I thought this was the coolest thing especially since I never get candy from Amazon.

Truly, I don't think I've had such a great customer service experience in my life considering the purchase that I made wasn't big. These folks really go the extra mile to retain their customers and make them understand how grateful they are that you chose to spend your money with them.

Because of this tremendous experience, any products that I need I will first look to buy from Sweetwater before going directly to Amazon. I can't understate how good it is to see a company this size treat its customers like a small mom and pops store. It makes all the difference.
