So it's been since October that the company I work for has been able to respond to reviews. Google has had 9 months to fix the problem, and they are aware the problem exists. An angry client slams us cause of a mistake on our part? We'll own it, but we have no ability to defend ourselves at the moment because GOOGLE WON'T FIX ITS OWN SOFTWARE!

The second star is for the customer service guys I keep dealing with. They're good folks, working for a company more concerned with their bottom line than anything else.
