Called for a quote and agreed on a date and time window of 12-3. Never heard from them, until 4:30 the day of the quote. The tech said, "Sorry," when I mentioned that he was past the window, but if I can't rely on them to keep time for a quote, I can't rely on them to show up to do the work.
